  This is a complete SCAM. I was in touch with Ashley "Reverend" Rayford who was very sweet, accommodating and communicative at the start. We signed a contract, paid 50% deposit by credit card online. Then I had to follow up with her on next steps a number of times. She did actually reply initially and sent over the mickey mouse planning documents. Then she dropped off the face of the planet. Numerous attempts to email on two different emails addresses. Numerous attempts to call on two different phone numbers associated with her "business." Voicemail full on one, out of service on the other.
