  Our experience with Holly Kerr was a nightmare! We were unfortunate enough to rent a condo below one of Holly Kerr's clients. Holly's renter lied on her application about owning a German Shepherd, which used the upstairs as a dog run 24 hours a day (not to mention using the wood slat porch above our porch as a toilet). When Kerr's renter refused to stop intentionally running her dog at ALL hours (and repeatedly waking up a newborn baby downstairs), we involved the police. Instead of holding the renter to her "no big dogs" lease, or asking her to cut down on the noise, Holly Kerr chose to spend her time and energy to write a smear letter about US! The HOA laughed at her ridiculous letter, as did our landlord. Who knows what the Fullerton PD thought of her nonsense. Holly Kerr then showed up UNINVITED at the home of our landlord to try and smear our names again! All of this to cover the fact that she did a subpar job of screening her applicant! (Who approves a German Shepherd in an 637 sq ft upstairs condo with NO yard??) IN MY OPINION, you could not choose a worse real estate agent than Holly Kerr. IT IS MY OPINION that she put her own financial gain ahead of her duties as a licensed real estate agent. I will NEVER buy, sell or rent any property represented by Holly Kerr or any agency (including Realty Executives in Fullerton) that works with her. If Holly Kerr will knowingly allow one of her tenants to continuously disturb a family with a newborn baby, instead of showing the tiniest bit of compassion and holding her own (dishonest) tenant to their lease agreement, then I believe she will do ANYTHING to make a buck. IT IS MY OPINION that you should research and search for a different real estate agent instead using Holly Kerr. Thank You.
