  Website states that tires would be delivered to my house in 4 days based on the map they have on their shipping information page. I purchased Monday morning because I needed the tires to be placed on my car before the beginning of the following week. After I placed my order I start receiving emails with tracking etc.. GREAT! Tracking states it will be delivered by Saturday which is in my time frame and the reason that I ordered from their "FAST SHIPPING WEBSITE". Two days later I receive another email that informs me the product has shipped from facility. Now when I check tracking it says it will be delivered middle of the following week. Way too late for my time frame and will not work with my schedule. I called the customer service and spoke with the representative named "Taylor". She was unhelpful and could care less that the website has false accusations. The website does not specify that it may take 1-5 days for them to process my order and get it in the mail to me. Spent over an hour on hold through this whole process, I asked for a store credit toward a future order. Taylor spoke with her manager and informed me that since they emailed me 3 days after my order was placed saying that it may be 1-5 days before it is sent out that there was nothing they would do for me. I explained that emailing me after the product has been purchased does not not help the customer and the website needs to be more specific on when orders will be delivered instead of promising fast delivery and then showing 4 days of travel on their website.
  The shipping map on the website is just a rough estimate from after they decide to actually get the product in the mail.
  Very dissatisfied customer!!!!
